Finally, professional welding technology is used to firmly connect the various components together to form a complete tank body.
Surface treatment: In order to make the appearance of the tank more beautiful and durable, we have carried out a fine surface treatment. First, through the sandblasting process, the impurities and oxides on the surface of the tank are removed, so that it presents a smooth metallic texture. Then, the oil injection treatment is carried out to add a layer of protective coating to the tank to improve its corrosion resistance. Next, a rigorous leak detection test is carried out to ensure that the tank is well sealed and to prevent oil leakage. Finally, the painting process is carried out to cover the tank with a layer of bright color, which is both beautiful and can resist the erosion of the harsh environment.
