CNC milling machines are capable of shaping materials into designated forms, primarily through the use of high-speed rotating cutting tools. Typically, the cutting tools on the milling machine can be replaced according to different processing needs, allowing for adaptability to various machining requirements. Additionally, the material is secured onto a rotatable worktable, enabling the cutting tools to process the material from various angles.

CNC Turning
CNC turning is a computer-controlled machining technique that involves rotating a solid workpiece while a fixed cutting tool removes material from it to form the final part shape. All operations are automatically executed based on the CAD model uploaded to the CNC lathe. CTT utilizes advanced CNC turning machines that enable the rapid production of high-precision components with in 5 days.

The company has more than 20 years of experience in precision sheet metal design and manufacturing, and uses advanced manufacturing equipment and testing equipment imported from Germany, Japan and the United States. We have rich experience in the development of automatic conversion, non-standard equipment, molds, fixtures, fixtures and automation. Our flexible production lines enable us to provide sheet metal fabrication services from design and rapid prototyping to large and small batch production. We utilize CO2, Nd, and Nd:Yag laser cutting machines to achieve high-precision cutting, drilling, and engraving. Depending on customer requirements, we can also perform post-processing such as spraying and heat treatment on the finished components.

Stamping
CTT has 40t-750t equipment. The main processes are punching, bending, stretching and forming. Punching makes the plate shear and separate to get the shape contour; bending makes the plate plastic bending into angle or arc; stretching pulls the plate into cup, tube and so on; forming deforms the plate locally, such as compression rib, turning edge.

CTT has 4 types of welding, TIG, MIG, MAG and CO2 welding; and 10 sets of automatic welding.CTT's welding process is reflected in the quality, efficiency, adaptability, automation and innovation, with skillful welders, advanced equipments, suitable materials, strict quality control and continuous technological innovation.

Custom parts are created by heating and extruding thermoplastic material layer by layer. It can be used for the initial and functional prototype design of various solid plastic materials as well as small-batch production, with a dimensional accuracy of ±0.5% and a lower limit of ±0.5 mm.
SLS 3D Printing
SLS 3D Printing
Industrial 3D printing technology is suitable for manufacturing end-use parts. SLS machines have large print beds, enabling the production of functional plastic parts with isotropic mechanical properties for detailed prototyping or small-batch production of end-use parts. SLS production is economically efficient and is often used by customers to produce the most complex and extensively customized parts.

    At CTT, we are fully aware of the critical role of assembly testing and process optimization in the new product development cycle.
    Before launching a project at the CTT engineering facilities, our technical team will work together with customers and/or their design studio partners to simulate the final assembly process, so as to evaluate the cost and provide comprehensive DFM feedback.
    Optimizing the assembly of product components before full-scale manufacturing can save costs, shorten production lead times, and significantly reduce future quality risks.
