Pretreatment Stage: Prior to the anodizing process, aluminum material undergoes a thorough cleaning and degreasing process.  This step is essential for removing all surface impurities and oils, ensuring a solid foundation for the uniform formation of the oxide film.
 
Anodizing Process: In this central procedure, the aluminum material serves as the anode and is immersed in an electrolyte containing an acidic substance such as sulfuric acid.  The application of external voltage triggers an oxidation reaction on the aluminum surface, resulting in the production of a hard alumina (Al2O3) protective film.
 
Coloring Technology: The alumina film, initially colorless or white, requires further coloring to achieve a black appearance.  This is accomplished by infusing the pores of the oxide film with organic or inorganic pigments or employing special electrolytic coloring techniques to obtain the desired color effect.
 
Sealing Treatment: The colored oxide film undergoes sealing treatment through heating or chemical methods.  This step aims to further enhance the film's corrosion and wear resistance by closing the micropores of the oxide film.
 
Post-treatment Process: Depending on specific application needs, black anodized parts may also undergo additional processes such as polishing or brushing to achieve the desired appearance and tactile qualities.
