What types of surface treatment can CTT offers?
We can provide various surface treatments including Laser etching, anodizing, electroplating, chrome plating, chemical finishing, powder coating, etc. In order to provide rapid simulation prototypes identical to the final product, we support clients with one-step surface treatment for convienience.
How about CTT's CNC custom machining services?
During the process of production, CNC machining tools can always ensure the parts it produced have a tight tolerances and excellent mechanical and chemical peoperties. The custom CNC machining services we provieded has a high degree of automation and repeatablity, which is not only suitable for one-time production but also medium to small quantity mission.
Does CTT provide OQC reports?
CTT understands your requirement. You said that in the process of order processing, you hoped that the customer could put forward the requirements for the OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) report, material certificate, inspection report, qualification certificate and other documents in advance.
