The Chassis frame is the main component of the chassis of the car, usually made of large steel pipes or steel plates welded. In the overall structure of the vehicle, the chassis frame acts as a skeleton, providing strength and rigidity to the vehicle, and connecting the body and other components on the chassis together to form the overall structure.

The main function of the chassis frame is to support important components such as the body and engine, while also being able to withstand various forces and vibrations when the vehicle is driving. According to the different structural forms, the chassis frame can be divided into two types: single type and split type. The single chassis frame is an integrated structure of the entire body and chassis frame, while the split chassis frame is a body and chassis frame manufactured separately and then assembled.

The quality and performance of the chassis frame have an important impact on the stability, handling and safety of the car. Therefore, in the design and manufacturing process, factors such as its structure, materials and processes need to be fully considered to ensure that the chassis frame can meet the requirements of the vehicle under various conditions.
