We can handle everything from a single prototype to mass production. Rapid tool change capabilities and highly automated robotic loaders and unloaders enable us to quickly produce parts from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and challenging high-strength alloys. CTT is capable of manufacturing parts with minimum tolerances of ±0.010 inches, and meeting more stringent requirements is no problem. CTT also offers a long list of surface treatment options, including anodizing, electroplating, powder coating, and spray painting. We use statistical process control techniques to ensure the highest quality and eliminate process waste.
