What types of surface treatment can CTT offers?
We can provide various surface treatments including Laser etching, anodizing, electroplating, chrome plating, chemical finishing, powder coating, etc. In order to provide rapid simulation prototypes identical to the final product, we support clients with one-step surface treatment for convienience.
How quickly can i get my parts?
Each process is different and depends on part size, quantity required, and finishing requirments. With the efficient operation of CTT professtional team, high quality prototype parts can be made in 2-9 days and satisfy the urgent demands and strict standars of clents's.
What drawing formats does my part quote support?
We use email for communicaton at CTT. For all processes rely on a good 3D CAD solid model, so we prefer to use 3D CAD files in STEP, IGES, X_T , STL or a 2D CAD drawing with reference dimensions in DWG and PDF format.
How do I get a manufacturing quote?
After leaving a messages, our sales representatives will send you a formal quote and relevant infomation, related quotes will be issued within 12 hours.
